Re: Throttle Sticks, Help!
Check your TPS, it should be the sensor at the top of the gas pedal. When you depress the pedal, you will see a little sensor compress - that is the TPS. It signals the ECU to increase or decrease throttle. The pedal can bounce back, but the TPS may stick. Also check the cable, have someone throttle it up and down while you watch the cable, it may be sticking somewhere.

Re: Throttle Sticks, Help!
Yeah, pop the hood and check it out. Once after having my intake manifold off, when I put it all back together, a vacuum hose got stuck under that throttle switch on the throttle body, and caused it to stick wide open. Redline in neutral isn't good.
Also, get some carb cleaner, and just spray it into the throttle body, while opening and closing the butterfly manually. Inspect the butterfly visually and make sure it is opening/closing properly and not being interfered with.
