Question Emissions and the cost of unleashing aftermarket power

Iam looking to finish modifying my WRX (I currently have a stage 1 upgrade) but am concerned about passing emissions and engine life when I upgrade to a stage 2 mod. Can anyone give me advice? Should I even be concerned? In general, do these exhaust mods pass emissions?

the exhaust is only in danger of failing emissions if the cats are removed. ask the tuner company if it has done tests on their system and if it is street legal for the state you live in.
