Problem
I have a 91' vr4 and i know the syncros in the tranny are going bad, but when i get avout 3500 to 4000 rpms when getting on the gas it feels like it drops out of gear almost..Is this the syncros? or is it something i may be unaware of .plz help me if you can. thanks.

if a synchro is going bad, it will grind as your shifting. Into what gear all depends on which synchro is going bad. Oh believe me, and you will definitely notice it grinding, its not anything that you have to pay careful attention to notice.

Yeah, that doesn't sound like synchros. However it might be your clutch. If you floor it in a lower gear like 1-3, do your rpms go up, but your speedo doesn't go up as fast as it should? If so, it's a slipping clutch.
