quick civic question

when was the civic si sold in the united states?? I know about the 2001-2005 civic si that looks like a small mini-van and the new 06' si, but what about the earlier ones? what year were those that were sold in the united states? thank you

'92-'95 and '99-'00. The '92-'95 had the D16Z6 and the '99-'00 has the B16A2.

i dont think the 92-95 si made it to the us. i think that was only canada that had it and it was the same as an ex here in the us. there was a crx si in 89-91

naw, the '92-'95 Si in the US is a hatchback. The EX's are coupes and sedans here.

so far from my understanding

89-95 civic si hatchbacks, no sedan or coupe si (in the united states)
the si was discontinued for 4 years untill 99'
99-00 civic si mini-van, the mini-van style only lasted for 2 years? really? are you guys sure?
and 06' si

no coupes or sedan si were sold in the U.S??? except the 06'???

The '99-'00 Si was a Coupe. They started the mini-van style one in '01, those had the 160hp K-series engines.

99-00 si coupe in the united states??? did the si coupe came with the 160 hp? or is the 160 hp just the mini-van style?

The '99-'00 had the 160hp B16a2, the '01-? had the 160hp K20A3.
