sunroof shade off it's track...

Opened the sunroof yesterday and the sun-shade came off of the track...and everytime it slides, it's really rough and actually scrapes plastic off. Anyone know how to get in to work on this? I don't have to take the whole headliner out do I? Anyone else ever had this problem?
