Unhappy No Power windows no radio or interior lights

We just bought a 2002 Explorer xlt on thursday and on sunday when we wanted to leave, the power windows the radio and the lights (interior lights.. Dashed worked tho)Didnt work everything else seems to work fine... I checked all the fuses in each panel. I even pulled each one out and checked them.. None of them are blown.. i dont know what else to do.. please "HELP"

Most common problem I've seen is the GEM module that operates all of what you stated goes bad. Had one in the shop that the radio wouldn't turn off and you could roll up and down windows with the key off. Replaced the GEM and all was fine.
