2002 Neon shifts hard when comming out of drive

My 2002 neon 52kmi 4-sp auto is starting to shift hard out of drive. When I go into neutral it jerks. I had the tranny fluid and filter changed by the dealer at 48kmi. I'm thinking of changing the top and bottom motor mounts. They dont seem too bad but they seem to move a bit more than my brothers 05 neon. going into drive and reverse is fone. Its just comming out of drive is the only hard shift. Just wondering if this sounds like the mounts or could it be something in the tranny???? Thanks.
