Neuspeed Short Shifter Bushings
Has anyone have this mod on their car, and is it worth it ?
And How Hard is it to install these on ? My car : 92 civic si |

I like them very much. I put them on my stock shifter and it feels alot better and GREATLY improved my shift successes. Now I only mis-shift when I'm an idiot
![]() As for install, it's easy as hell. Get under the car and the two bushings your replacing are right under the shifter. One is round two piece deal that goes on the end of the stabilizer bar next to the shift linkage. And the other is immediately under the shifter rod. Just unbolt the shift linkage and slide off the old bushing.

What type of tools do I need, and nothing goes on from inside the car... right under the console and the shift boot ?

A socket wrench set. And no, it's all underneath your chasis. I'd suggest getting a Haynes manual or something to help you out.

Yep, I agree. Makes shifting nice and smooth. Install isn't technically hard, just a bit of a pain but definetly worth it.
