How hard is it to replace the heater

blower motor on a 88 Type T Electra? Any hints on how to to the job quickly?

It's ALMOST a breeze. If the coil pack is above the right (rear) bank by the firewall, that needs to move and with some carefull manuevering you shouldn't have to do much else. I remember the valve cover being a little bit of pita but again, I think I was able to manuever around it with out having to move the power steering. But that would make al much more easier by moving it.
