'03 Accord power windows

Hey guys, I've got an intermittent problem passenger side front window. It works fine half the time, then it won't roll down. Trying from either master panel or on-side switch gives the same result. I can hear what sounds like a relay clicking when either switch is moved, but the window won't go. Wait a few minutes and presto there it goes.

Any ideas?
