Trailer Brake Wiring Harness

Does anyone know where, (under the dash) do you plug in a trailer brake wiring harness? Any help would be appreciated. My husband is installing a trailer hitch with a trailer brake wiring harness and cannot locate where to plug it in.

It is a 2002 Chevy Tahoe 2 wheel drive if that helps! THANKS!!!!

Re: Trailer Brake Wiring Harness

GM makes a "pig tail" harness for your Tahoe and it plugs into a socket(not sure which one) in the "convenience center" which is located on the inside firewall near the parking brake pedal. The brake controller instuctions "should" tell you which socket to plug it into.
