:: Little import car for me ::
I really liked the little import toons that RPS13 was doing, so I tried to emulate his style and drew a picture of my car... Doesn't look the same as his, but I like the style.

Actually, the real car went to the body shop today to have the hood, front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and door caps put on, and then get painted green, so the real car doesn't look like that yet. But as soon as I get it back, you can bet I'll be posting some pictures! I'm gonna be without my "baby" for 2 weeks (possibly 3 weeks)... I'm already going nuts, and it's only been 8 hours!

Actually, the paint and install is only gonna be two weeks (This ain't no Maaco paint job... $3000), and if I don't get it back by Sunday the 21st, I'm going to Seattle for a week to see my folks while my brother is in town, so it could be 3 weeks before I see my pride and joy again.
 I talked to the guy today though, and he said he might be able to get it done under 2 weeks. Keeping all my fingers/toes/other appendages crossed...

Okay, finally got the pics of the original, it's not completely done yet (they're still painting the wing, side mirrors, and door handles, but this gives you an idea).

look like a "mile deep" paint job to me. Its looking good, I just hope the paints as smooth as it looks in the pics

It is perfect, and the body is STRAIGHT as hell. They've had the car for 3.5 weeks now, it better be perfect! I'm supposed to get it back tomorrow, so I'll have more pics.

nice car man! The Bowling Green Met looks great against the Focals. the hood looks out of this world.. are the scoops functional?? the Golf 4 style h-litez look great too.. it looks hella cool.
i gotta drop some pics of my ride some time
