95 lumina ls van window
the window rolls down fine till the last three inches or so and stops. then only rolls up at about a quarter of an inch every five min. is this the motor going bad or something else? thanks in advance.

The newer vans (97-up) are known for bad window regulators, where the older ones are more commom for bad motors.
