Starter ...

Hi!

I have a little problem with my G. So, few days ago when I tried to start the car/motor I got that ugly sound from the starter (you know, when you try to start the mototr, but the motor is allready running ).But the 2nd time I tried to start the motor it started without problems. This also happend to me about 6 months ago.

What could it be? It is possible that the starter is going...

Is it squealing just as the car starts and only lasts for a second? Or did it do this and not turn the engine?

I'll bet it's the same thing we experience here in North America with the SE-R. The starter in my SE-R has squealed for over 100,000 miles. There are two schools of though. One is that it's a bushing in the motor. I can't remember the other.
