Cigarette lighter not working-92 Lumina

Hi does anyone know what circuit the cigarette lighter shares in the Lumina? Neither it works nor the wiper fluid motor

not too sure bout the wiper fluid motor, but the cig lighter is the Courtesy fuse, shared with the door locks, interior lights


if it doesnt work, check to see if theres any loose change in the lighter socket.. Might sound stupid, but alot of people have found like a dime in there, that causing it not to work
