 OMFG LOL. It took me a few seconds to see it, but there is a damn Electrical Pole in the middle of the freakin road.

I don't know about "only in Africa" though...
I'm sure PennDOT could pull off a job like that.  They once paved over a dead deer, and then wondered why the road buckled funny.
