1990 Park Avenue Heating Problem
I just bought a very nice 90 Park Avenue. The problem that I am having is that I noticed last night that I was not getting any heat from the blower when I turned it on even though I raised the thermostat all the way to 90 degrees. The control on the dash seems to be working correctly. Any ideas as to what may be causing this problem?

Ok, so long as all the directionals for the vents are doing their job and the fan runs, maybe a heater core, you could run the car a bit, and feel the hoses going to and from the core. One should be hot, and the other relatively close to the same. Obviously if one going in is hot and other is not at all, the core is clogged, and normally flushing may not be a cure. If the temp is somewhat close, it may be possible to flush. If none of the hoses (especially the upper going to the radiator) are hot then you might have a thermostat problem or water pump. i'm assuming this is one of the digital climate control systems?
