i have a 95 civic ex with a d16z6 with:
skunk2 IM,
skunk2 stage1 cam,
dc sports 4-1 headers,
dc sports 2.25 catback,
skunk2 2.25 testpipe,
k&n air filter,
$10.00 3'' intake pipe,
and what a need help on is should lower vtec crossover? if so what should i lower it to?

... Why would you need to list your modifications to ask that question?

Anyway, buy a V-AFC, or get a CROME/Neptune/Uberdata/etc tune.

well would there be a point to change the crossover point without modifications ?

With only a stage 1 cam, I doubt it'd help at all. Actually there's a good chance it'd hurt performance.
