Cat-back first. Magnaflow.
Airbox lid. Tune can't hurt, but make sure you go to a tuner that will cheaply upgrade your tune for future mods. First dyno tune is expensive though...$500. So I would wait until you have a decent mod list first. And my car should be right around 500 RWHP somewhere.
