93 Astro rear door handle broken

Can anyone tell me how to open the rear doors on a 93 Astro EXT when the door handle is broken?

My 96 had the same problem, I was able to get in by removing the rear speaker on the door. Once you remove the speaker, you will need a mirror and light to see which lever you need to pull on to open the door.
