03, pillar tweeters blown, options?

i would ultimately just like to replace all the speakers with a little better speakers. Crutchfield claims many to fit, including components for the front door and pillar locations. has anyone done this and used the factory BOSE amp. i have already installed a TNR, MP3 input and Overhead DVD (Rosen G10)..
