over heating and overcooling

I have a 97 cavalier. It over cools in the winter and overheats in the summer. I have taken the radiator to a shop and had it flushed out, changed the thermostat and is a 180 degree one and also replaced the water pump. Also have replaced head gasket due to another problem. Any suggestions?

Thumbs up Re: over heating and overcooling

I'll try a new therm. Hopefully that will make a difference. I think I've done everything I know to do besides replacing the head and I don't think that is the problem. Thanks for the info.

Re: over heating and overcooling

check all your hoses... thermostats don't give out for no reason, something is causing it...
