03 Trailblazer Electrical Issues??? Please Help

Hello all, I am new here....I have been cursed with a problematic 03 TB. I purchased this vehicle 8 months ago and put about 5000 miles on top of the 45,000 that was on it when I bought it. I have had to replace the engine and now I am dealing with an electrical issue that no one seems to be able to figure out. First the driver power window stopped working, now the whole driver side panel will not work, the power windows do not work, the rear wiper does not work and the keyless entry has stopped.... however the other windows work with there own panels. I had the master switch replaced and went to program it and it would not communicate, so I had a wire that had no power replaced and it still will not work or communicate also the rear hatch lift will no longer communicate???? I am stumped and the money going out is getting ridiculous. They also said that it was not a fuse and that the Body control module was fine because they reset that at the time the new engine was put in? Thank you for any help you can give.

OMG! That's a whole lot to be wrong with a 2003! What engine do you have? The 4.2L or 5.3? I've never heard of either needing to be replaced. What went wrong? As far as the electric gremlins go, it sure does sound like a funky BCM to me, even tho the dealer says it's ok. Keep trying to poinpoint the exact symptoms, I cant believe a GM dealer cant fix it if it stays 'broke' all the time. A low voltage conditions (weak battery or alternator) can also cause intermittent loss of electrical accessories. You need to see ~14VDC across the battery leads on an idling truck. Any less will cause problems. U need to use a hand held multi-meter for this task. The dash gauge is useless.
