90 GSX head bolt torque specs
I searched but couldnt find anything. Does anyone know what to torque the head bolts on my 90 GSX to? thanks in advance

get a Haynes manual because I'm guessing since you don't know the specs you probably don't know the sequences

Mine says 65-72 ft lbs. My scanner doesnt work, and I cant figure out a good description for the loosening/tightening sequence. I second his suggestion, get a haynes manual.

the sequence is, starting with the center cap, 5 3 1 2 4

I just go from middle towards outside (as the pattern above suggests) and alternate between the two rows. I think that saying go for the furthest of the pair you are working on (per pattern above) and criss cross is accurate, but it's tough to convey over the internet. Let's try this:
8 6 1 3 9 104 2 5 7 The general idea is to work from the center out to make sure the head sits flat, rather than start at the ends and end up with a "bubble" in the middle...
