Help Please 91 Camaro V6 3.1L 191CID

i bought this car for about $500 from a friend and when i originally got it the rockers were knocking and my uncle was messin around with adjusting them and he ended up bending the push rods, well since then i have bought new rods and my uncle went and put them in and he over tightned them he went to turn the car over and the rods bent again, now i have bought my third set of rods but now i looked it up myself and found out the rods have to be torqued at 18FT LBS so i put them in myself now i get everything back together and now it turns over but the car still won't start, i talked to a mecanic and he told me its a posibility that the valves could be bent thats might be the cause of it not starting, now ive checked some of the compression and number 1 and 2 cylinder have 0 compression and 3 has about 80 compression and the 4th has 60Psi. now if anyone can give me a little bit of help on this it would be very appreciated, ive been thinking of just maybe finding the same exact engine and doing a swap cause i was thinking it might be easier. the car is mint i mean the body has Zero rust and interior is mint also, the engine thats in there right now only has 109.000Kms on it so i think its worth putting money into it. its an automatic but i think in the future i might change it to standard, but for now i just want the car running so i can have a set of wheels to get around, its a niice lookin car cause the style is awsome. If you have any other suggestions that you might think be good for the car let me know.

No compresson is prob why your not starting. Check to see if the valves are closing all the way when it turns over. The other 6,8 are fine.

What you could do is put compressed air A VERY LOW POUND RATING into the cylinder through the spark plug hole and listen around the valve train and head gasket for the air escaping past the valves. When possible, having someone see if there are bubbles in the radiator also confirms a head gasket.
