Question sputter before warm

i have a 96 sunfire. when i dont use my car for a day or two or when it rains, my car sputters really badly untill it is fully warmed up...sometimes it wont even turn over and start. My first guess was the spark plugs so i changed them and it seem to work. about a week later the sputter came back so im now thinking that it is the ignition wires...just wondering what u guys thought it might be.....thanks

That would be my bet if it does it when it rains. if you buy new don`t buy the cheap wires . Just more trouble later on down the road
