1999 jimmy winding noise under the car

it sounds like driving over the grooves on the side of the interstate and feels like it to.when i go fast its faster when slowing down slower,its like a winding noise.i already replaced both front wheel bearings ,transfer case,both differentials, by 2 different mechanics.2 wheel drive its alot louder than in 4 wheel drive.thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!1

id check your tires maybe the belts are seperating
or maybe cv joints
