1/12 wire wheels ?

Hello people,
can anyone advise if they know a source of 1/12 wire wheels to suit the 50/60 Ferrari F1 cars ? I am doing a Lancia D50 from MG and seem at a loss, HELP !!!!

Thanks in advance, Rod.

Re: 1/12 wire wheels ?

Hi Rod,

I assume you mean the alloy-rimmed Borrani style?

Scale Autoworks do the Borrani in 1/12th for the Revell GTO - the style was quite universal on 60's Italian cars...they're very pricey though!

Are the kit items not respokable?

Hello John,
thanks for your info, I guess they are respokable but the chap who ants to buy the kit, MG D50 is a builder on commission so time is the big factor. Its the '55 Lancia car and MG has etch spoke stuff, a bit unimpressive if you pay the money to get one built.

Cheers Rod
