hi all,have anyone had any problem with their onstar system
i have a 2005 impala and when i start it up the onstar recording says phone unavailable.my warranty has expired.i called to get it activated and an onstar rep. said that i need to get it check out.the light on the mirror is red she said it suppose to be green.anyone have any idea whats wrong.thanks in advance

your not getting a signal, id check the onstar box in your trunk, to see if anything in your trunk ran into it and kncked a connection loose or anything.
