Will it work
I was thinking of putting an LT1 engine in my 92 wagon it is coming with complete block and headers i already have a 350 in the wagon about how much work would it be to swap engines

You can do it as long as you replace the computer and computer harness with the correct LT1 equipment, and the fuel pump too (the TBI uses 12PSI, the SPI on LT1 requires 60PSI). You will also benefit from running a 4L60E transmission (since your new computer will support it, anyway). You can also throw all your hoses away and the radiator overflow too - the overflow on the LT1 is pressurized and you will need such overflow container from an LT1 Caprice.
