Re: cx or dx hatch?

I think they are about the same. my brother just got a cx and I think he dosen't have any opitions. like he dosen't have power steering, door locks, windows, and he has a 5 speed and he loves it.and a car that small dosen't need power steering because when you get passed 10 or 15 mph you don't even notice it and you can fell the road a lot more.

Re: cx or dx hatch?

They have the same motor, and somethings that are optional on the CX are standard on the DX, but if you get a fully optioned CX, the the same as a DX.

You'll need to switch the engine out immediately, either way.

yeah its really up to u if u want to do a engine swap i can guarentee you that an engine swap will cost u some wheres around 3000-5000 where as a turbo if done right will get u more power for around 1000-1500 pieced together and in import tuner this month they have a d16y7 (a hatchback in other words) that is running 273hp on stock internals.in my oppinion thats pretty impressive. if u do an engine swap u can get more hp but u will wind up spending a fortune. just turbo its so much cooler and cheaper
