fuel pump problem?

i have a 96 talon tsi and i just put in a brand new walbro 255 fuel pump and it ran fine that day and the next day but then all of a sudden when i would get on it at about 5 grand my car would sputter...its a hard to discripe noise like suddenly the exhaust would get real loud and like sputter it drives fine other wise could u guys please help me. i dont need another broken car.
if it helps heres the list of parts i have on it...
apexi, exhaust apexi intake stage II 16g upgraded turbo and a ems piggy back system that now controls the boost and fuel and everything...thanks for the help...

Did you rewire the fuel pump too? The stock wire is like 18ga iirc so maybe it's overloading the old wires, also you need a fpr with a 255lph pump.

You're running too much fuel pump for the stock fuel pressure regulator. You will need a FPR that lets you raise AND lower the fuel pressure in order to control it. You have too much fuel which is why your car is stuttering under boost at certain rpms. I'd change your plugs when you add the FPR, you likely have fouled them.

You shouldnt really need a tune if your still on stock injectors IMO. BTW whats a stage II 16g?

lol someone better tell him the stock Fuel Pressure... so... Its 33PSI with the vacume hose attached... just... so you dont blow anything up mr. Stage II 16g...

Yeah, dont F around with anything other than Aeromotive. Wont need a tune unless you get new injectors.

Aeromotive is top quality bar none the best period IMHO. If you go with them you will never look back.
