front end clunk

i have a 93 metro 4 door i had a post during the cold in winter asking about my steering freezing up now it seems to be clunking from pretty much the same area that it was freezing up it doesnt always clunk mostly on slight left turns and sometimes when in going straight. it will stop if i turn wheel to the right and if i put a load on it by accelerating this helps too. is this the rack the noise seems to be coming from right under my floor near the clutch and brake pedals
