chenge pistons?

ok i thought my car can hold alot of power with stock pistons untill i saw this.it says if we want to chenge our turbo to make more than 400hp and 15psi ,we need to chenge our piston.WTF http://www.stealth316.com/2-pistonguide.htm

hmm i was reading the Automotive forums FAQ and it reckons if you got a 1993+ model of VR4 then it already has forge pistons built in that allows it to handle 600hp. someone please tell me im right!!

hmm i though it was up to 600hp with stock 1993+ VR4 engine.
ive heard of GTOs pulling 800+ hp at the wheels using aftermarket engine parts or are you saying they getting 800hp with stock engine?

gto vr4 same i heard it can make 600whp which is 800 bhp

i think thats for non turbo engines.

No 3s ever came stock with forged pistons. As I said in other threads IPO made over 700hp on stock internals. The GTO has the EXACT same engine as US spec VR4's. Not one thing is different other than precats. Only one person has dynoed over 800hp to the wheels and that was Ray Pampena.

plenty of people have gone over 500 AWHP on stock internals. You'll be fine with stock so as long as your not running DR1200's or something.
