When you went to walmart did they say there was still hopp in the rim after being balanced?
If not you need to take it to a real tire center like www.discounttire.com Basically if you have a balance issue that is in the rim itself from a deformity and you have a cast wheel there is not much you can do to reshape it, short if replacing the rim. Now, if you take it to two differnt places and they say your, wheels are balanced fine, then the issue is either with tire wear, or your alignment. Both of these will cause odd handling at higher speeds. Let me know about the wheel/tire issue before I go into more.

after they balanced them to 0.0, there was still some hopping. you can see it on the machine. I seen a ad in sport compact car that said they would fix the rims and powder coat them . but i cant remember the site, ad.
So this means my wheels are no good.

Who makes your rims?
Do you have a company name and model? If you can get me that I can check options. But Usually cast wheels are best replaced rather than repaired.
