wiper adjustment

I have a astro 97. I recently replaced the front wiper motor, now when i turn the wiper on and off, the wipers stops at the upright position. how can i adjust the field of travel and have the wipers stop down below.

i have replace a few wiper motors in my time and the decribtion you gave me is that when you installed the motor you may have set the pin in the wrong place try to remove the connector again and work the motor without the wipers connected to see the travel

Remove the wiper arms, turn the wipers on and off. After they stop, install the arms in the down, or "parked" position.
