left turn problem and trunk

every time i make a left turn my car makes a clunk sound, i am wondering why this happens and that is causing it to do this. Also every tiem it rains or i wash my car water gets in the trunk where the spare tire is. please helps me and thanks

Check the front suspension, ball joints wheel bearings for loosensess, lots of possibilities, no magic fix. Get someone in the trunk and water test it, see from inside where it is coming in, again no magic here.
