No oil pressure

Ok, so I got my DSM home yesterday and as I was driving it into the "shop" (moms work building, seasonal business so my dads racecar and now my project car get worked on in there during the winter) it wasnt reading any oil pressure, but there was a good coating of oil on the cams and whatever else I could see in there. Any ideas? Is there any way to test the oil pump or the oil pressure sensor?

Re: No oil pressure

It must be a bad sensor, you said you drove it for a little right? If it had 0 pressure then you would have fucked your engine by now.

Ok. Yeah, I drove it for an hour. After running it I opened the oil cap and there was oil in there. Thanks guys, I'll look for this sender and figure out whats going on.
