gsr engine swap, or head swap??

ive got a 96 integra RS, debating whether to buy a gsr engine and tranny, or find the gsr head and put it on my block, keep in mind i got 191,000 k's on this engine! and i also got a small budget! i need to kno which is more power, more versitile, and cheaper?? thanks so much to anyone that can help!

If you're planning on just doing the swap or conversion and maybe adding a few bolt ons down the road I would say go ahead and swap everything. Your motor is getting up there in miles, so do the whole swap man.

I agree....its going to be a better built engine anyway....
