bad smell...

i own a 2001 rodeo isuzu 4wd... and im getting a bad smell from the front i cant be sure of what the smell is but its after i finish driving.... at normal idle its fine no smell... but after i drive a while its smells... i check the antifreeze fluid and it hasnt seen any drastic changes in level... so i d k what to do... help me...can it be the radiator... water pump.. head gasket ... i have 110,000 miles... im clueless... hope it nothing to serious... and whats the worst case senario... and how much am i looking to spend..?

Coolant smells sweet, and you don't see a loss of coolant, so I doubt it's a coolant leak. Does it smell like oil burning on the engine, like from a valve cover leak?

Probably oil leaking onto the exhaust. My Rodeo does the same thing. Havn't been bothered enough to fix it, yet.

check your brakes too. if the caliper is pushed in it can cause a burning smell...burning your pads. Also, check your exhaust. Look for fluids and check for leaks around the gasket flanges...maybe one of the flanges or even the flex pipe has something it it/them.

it only does it after i drive... not @ idle... its more from the front of the engine bay...

Also check for torn CV boot .I had same problem on mine 99' rodeo, when driven for a while i had a burnig grease smell it turns out to be from the boot , when u driving grease splashing all over the place also on the axhaust manifolds.
