Misfire in Cylinder 1

[95-88 olds]

OK. Im new to the site but was hoping someone would help me out.
My car is jumping violently. Ill give it some gas and it jumps and feels like its choking itself out. It has gotten progressively worse. I took it to Autozone to have them read the check engine light and they said it was a misfire in cylinder 1. So i replaced the plugs wires and oxygen sensor b/c they were coded as well.
Well its been about a month (maybe) since I have done this and its back and i took it back in to see what the check engine light is and it is misfire in cylinder 1 again.
I have a gut feeling that its in my fuel system. I bought a new fuel filter to put on this weekend and some cleaner to dump in the tank. It may be the actual injectors though.
I also have this awful grinding noise coming from the front of my motor every time i turn off the car that lasts for about 10 sec. that i havent dug into yet.

Is this the dreaded code 41 eveybody has been talking about on this forum????

My car is a 1995 Olds. 88 w/3800 V6

No it is not the dreaded code 41. I am thinking it might be a vaccum leak that is causing the grinding noise? If not that it could be the flywheel is hitting something or is rubbing on the plastic cover covering the flywheel on the bottom of the car? Could be the starter too. As for the ruff running/missfire, I am thinking it might be a defective coil module for the number 1 and number 2 cylinders.

Same thing happened on my uncles 94' Olds 88. Check yor plug wies. There might be an arch between where your wire attaches to the coil and the alternator or something else that is metal. IF thats the case, just change the wire and you should be good to go.
