Aarghhh!! Tranny
well, we have a 94 acclaim 3.8 litre V6....hubby tried to go to work this morning and the darned thing won't go anywhere but 1st gear. I WILL NOT put anymore transmissions into this car, as it has already had 2 put in it. This last one has done us rather well as it has lasted the past 6.5 yrs and the car has around 200,000 miles on it. My question is this: is there anything we can do to fix this problem without replacing the tranny, or are we stuck having to find a new car, which we cannot afford at this time??
