87 S10 Blazer Fuel Problem

Ok, I've got an 87 S10 Blazer with a 2.8, with a fuel problem... Fuel pump is running good, fuel pump relay is new, pressure at TBI is 13 lbs. Continuity check on injectors checked good. Key off voltage at injector harness is .50 volts DC. There is no spray coming out of the injectors. it sporadically sprays, sometimes..... any clues??????

"been there done that". I try to consider and check all easier to harder checks. like connectipons getting lose or corroded over time, or clamps getting loose.
