replacing needles on on the gages

My needles on my tach have stopped workign, none of the light up, in fact the temperature gage is getting really dim, how do I go about replacing these nad wheres the cheapest place I can find them? Thank you.

ClubLexus mod O.L.T. makes custom lighting.
He charges about $200 to build all new needles & backlights & also does the stock climate controls / radio for an extra fee.
