lots of smoke

i bought the car and it had only about 4k on a rebuilt motor, everyone said it was the turbo but just want to get some opinions i took the turbo off and the shaft play was rediculous, im buying a small 16g from slow boy any suggestions?

good stuff im glad to hear that i thought it was some thing way worse than that, how did you mount your front mount, i have the same one and havent figured out how to mount it, and any suggestions on where to get a u pipe for the drivers side, i could go on for dys with ?'s but i dont want to waste your time.....

Are you sure you have the slowboy/kinetic fmic? If you do, then you mount it on the stock foglight holes, they line up perfectly. If you just bought the core, then piping will be difficult, just try to copy SBR's, but the core will still mount the same. I would buy the piping from them, it's very short, and very easy to install.

no it is a xs power fmic so its not the same, i think i have it figured out i will post pics of it soon

If your turbo is blown make sure you clean your intercooler out!!! Alot of people use GAS! because it works the best but could be dangerous if you reinstall before vapors are gone, and others use alcohol.

I'd use some super duty degreaser. We have some really great stuff at McDonalds, see if a friend will hook you up.

Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order.
