OK after comming to the conclusion that this might be more feasible than I thought. Does anyone know what it would take to import a rhd civic from 92-95. I was reading up on what it costs to import a skyline and the information made a light bulb click in my head. Because there were civic models made for the US wouldn't the japanese models meet the same standard for DOT and emmisions? I would be able to buy a used civic overseas and ship it to the us and only have to pay for the basic importing fees, right?
