Power Locks/Cig.Lighter - Fuse Blows

Hello, please help me. I had my car towed to a garage today where they replaced my starter and did tune up. My door locks and Cig. Lighter did not work after picking it up. They said they did nothing to the wiring and that the doors were working. I noticed that a 30 Amp fuse had blown where 20 Amp should be and the fuse controlled the door locks and Cig. Lighter Adapter. The mechanic was abrasive and told me to bring it back tomorrow. I think they did something as Car charger was pushed in and they they had to take the cover off to do a tune up. I have no more money and need advice urgently. Do you think they pinched wire ?

Welcome to the forum! Sorry for the delay answering but I think you hit the nail on the head here. The engine cover needs to be removed for the tune up and the lighter is on the engine cover. They probably shorted one of the wires removing or installing the cover.
