01 Burb, Rear Heat/AC Blows but not hot or cold?

I'm just getting outside air temps on my rear vents. The fan blows when controlled by rear or front controls, but it's not hot or cold, just outside temp air. Is there a valve or something screwed up?

Could have a bad relay or control switch. Check all of the fuses as well.
