Question New FAF3 models

New AMT FAF3 models sighted at hobbylinc.com (no pics) and I'm guessing these are very much "maybe" to be released models:

Nissan 350Z, Lancer Evo VIII, Mustang fb 67 (or was it 68?) etc... Does anyone have any idea what these kits detail levell is? If some one does have additional info I'd very much appreciate if U could let me know and I'm pretty sure there are few more who would like to know if the 350z has engine detail? not to mention the Evo

Re: New FAF3 models

They should be released. AMT learned a few years ago to get the licencing before announcing any new kits. it just depends if they get enough pre-orders to tell if there going to come out. which i doubt if there going to have any issue's doing that

both will all new tooling an full detail. if there anything like there new 300C kit it will be a nice kit the 300C has some minor issue's but overall is a nice model. so i'm not expecting anything less from AMT. hopefully there using there buddy's over at Aoshima to help them with the tooling.

Re: New FAF3 models

I did read this somewhere also. On the Scale Auto Forums site which was linked to the HH site. AMT would be good for adding parts...Probably the ones we don't want. The Eclipse was a horrible kit. Hopefully these will be tooled(helped) by Aoshima like Gasman projected. But even a basic 350Z or Evo engine would be good. Too bad they need a commercial product to push them to do new tools.

Hehehe...not laughing at you toyota. It's just that, the site isn't regularly updated. But yes, as official as they get. They do have a site. Doesn't appear to have any news about FF3 on it yet tho.

This site has some spy pics from the movie. http://cheats.1up.com/do/club?pager....0&clubid=67195

I'd take that widebody 350Z...Hopefully AMT thinks the same.

Re: New FAF3 models

Well, I just checked their site (amt) and they've updated the FAF3 models on it! The 350 (FUGLY as darn) the 67 mustang, MC and the Veilside Supra, wich I might ad that is quite impressive piece of molding (the Aoshima one atleast is). A couple of sink holes but no fitting issues or bad casting. It's actually quite good. I have the v. 2 of the veilside supra (aoshima) and I can't wait to build it. Oh, and sorry mods, I know this is over 2 months old topic but I think it intrests quite many people so please don't pjuunish me

Re: New FAF3 models

Saw the movie tonight. It didn't suck like the 1st two actually. The cars were.."Neat"...but not stunning.
The movie mustang has volks btw. And the roof on that monte looked more like bare metal than primer-also..the rollcage better be in the kit. The evo is all wrong..There was a VW toran tho. Isn't that like a minivan tho?
