Question 04 Suburban Stalls On Acceleration

My wife has an 04 1500 Suburban with a 5.3 at times on acceleration it will cut out and die it does not do it all the time and it only seems to be when you accelerate could it be the fuel filter?. Looking for any and all ideas.

If you are over 30K and have not done much service you need to replace the fuel and air filter the fuel filter is the most likely problem. If over 30K make sure you have serviced the transmission and I know they say Dex-Cool will go 100k but that is bull, I would flush and replace with new every 40-50K. Personally I would not run Dex-Cool more than 30K before a flush.
